Help with appearence stats

Can anyone help me? Im after the season appearance records for each of these season. The club website doesn't have the data available. Im after it set out with separate league and cup appearances and goals similar to the way the club have done it for the 2008/09 season.

The Seasons needed are everyone from 1989/90 to 2004/05. Also need the 2006/07 season which has added the league and cup stats together which i cannot use.

Any help would be great.
